One Park Drive

Welcome to One Park Drive

A landmark example of architectural art in Canary Wharf’s newest district

Situated in the former Wood Wharf, a 23-acre neighbourhood of around 20 buildings, One Park Drive is a waterfront residential building that reflects the dynamism of its global community.

The Development

Designed by leading architects Herzog & de Meuron, well-known for Tate Modern’s Switch House, this eye-catching high-rise building is of exceptional architectural quality and Canary Wharf’s signature residential building.

The 58-storey cylindrical-shaped building features 483 luxury apartments which are a mixture of studios, 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses, and at 215m is the tallest residential building in Wood Wharf.

Attention to detail is a key part of the development. The building has been engineered using three typologies of home: Loft, Bay and Cluster, which are layered in alternating stepped floor plans. This allows for each unit to have balconies and large bay windows and generous views over the surrounding docklands and across London, while ensuring no unit is overlooked.

The unique cylinder shape ensures One Park Drive stands out from its neighbours but also engages seamlessly with its surroundings.

Close By

The profile of Canary Wharf profile is changing fast, and more residents are attracted to the area because of the excellent transport connections and expanding leisure facilities.

One Park Drive is walking distance to the numerous bustling cafés, bars and restaurants of Canary Wharf as well as the Canary Wharf Shopping Centre. During the winter months, the Canary Wharf ice rink is not to be missed.
